- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

- The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge. - Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
